St. Ann's Home and School is currently hiring for the following position for its residential component.

Child Care Counselor

Job Description:

Gain insight and knowledge to make valuable contributions to the child's/adolescent's treatment.
Provide support and positive role modeling.
Structure, supervise, and manage group dynamics.
Maintain a nurturing and safe environment.
Actively participate in weekly team meetings.

Qualifications:
Child Care Counselors should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree in Human Services.

Experience:
Previous experience working with adolescents is preferred.
