St. Ann's Home and School is currently hiring for the following position for its residential component.

Child Care Counselor

Job Description:

  • Gain insight and knowledge to make valuable contributions to the child's/adolescent's treatment.
  • Provide support and positive role modeling.
  • Structure, supervise, and manage group dynamics. 
  • Maintain a nurturing and safe environment.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings.
 
Qualifications:
Child Care Counselors should have a Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:
Previous experience working with adolescents is preferred.
