St. Ann's Home and School is currently seeking the following position for its expanding adolescent program.  This position may also include some short-term residential cases in our outpatient program .

Licensed Therapist

Job Description:

  • Involved in the formulation and implementation of individual treatment plans which includes seeing children in individual therapy and in various types of therapy groups. 
  • Responsible for meeting the child's family and others involved with the child. 
  • Functions as the main contact with others involved with the child and child's family. 
  • Responsible for formulating the therapeutic objectives.
  • Involved in the planning of the child's discharge from the residential program and for certain follow-up services needed after discharge. 
  • Assesses and proposes special help particular children may need. 
  • Responsible for preparing selected children for foster or adoptive placement and for working with the child's prospective family prior to the child's discharge. 

Qualifications:

Residential therapists must have a LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure.
