St. Ann's Home and School is currently seeking the following position for its expanding adolescent program. This position may also include some short-term residential cases in our outpatient program .

Job Description:

Involved in the formulation and implementation of individual treatment plans which includes seeing children in individual therapy and in various types of therapy groups.

Responsible for meeting the child's family and others involved with the child.

Functions as the main contact with others involved with the child and child's family.

Responsible for formulating the therapeutic objectives.

Involved in the planning of the child's discharge from the residential program and for certain follow-up services needed after discharge.

Assesses and proposes special help particular children may need.

Responsible for preparing selected children for foster or adoptive placement and for working with the child's prospective family prior to the child's discharge.
Qualifications:
Residential therapists must have a LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure.
