St. Ann's Home and School is currently hiring for the following position for its education program.

Occupational Therapist

Job Description:

Responsible for making and performing appropriate occupational therapy and program recommendations.
Plans and implements occupational therapy treatment to identified students, records progress regularly and modifies treatment accordingly.
Consults with teachers and other professionals to compliment other therapeutic and educational efforts and provide parent education and consultation as appropriate.
Responsible for attending scheduled meetings and reporting on the students receiving occupational therapy, participating in program development, and providing input as appropriate to supervisor regarding caseload and program issues.
Responsible for writing quarterly occupational therapy progress reports, case conferences, evaluation reports and IEPs.
Responsible for all necessary and appropriate records regarding occupational therapy for St. Ann's Home.

Qualifications:

Occupational therapist should be registered and hold a Massachusetts license in Occupational Therapy. Pediatric and/or psychiatric experience preferred.
