St. Ann's Home and School is currently hiring for the following position for its education program.

Teacher Assistant

Job Description:   

  • Responsible for the implementation of small group lessons in language and math. 
  • Assist the classroom teacher in other subject areas. 
  • Responsible for much of the one-to-one attention given to children who need extra help.  
  • Participates in weekly supervision, attends staff meetings, and participates in the in-service training program.
  • Participates in meetings with the treatment teams regarding the children in their classrooms.
 
Qualifications:
 
 
Teacher assistants should possess a BA or BS preferably in a related field.
