In 1966 St. Ann’s reorganized as a residential treatment center for children with serious emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. In 1972 St. Ann’s opened its Group Home Program, followed in 1973 by the establishment of our Education and Day School Programs. In 1982 St. Ann’s began to provide for more than 150 residents, in addition to serving more than 140 students in its Education and Day School Programs and over 300 families in the community.
